How can I make an order?
You can make an order in two ways:
- Email us an order confirmation of how many units you are wishing to purchase of each SKU. We will then invoice you for the 50% deposit. Once the deposit has been received, we will then begin production of your bags.

What is the wait time?
From receipt of your order, production is expected to take around 8 weeks for your order to be ready for shipment. Please note that extended lead times can occur around Chinese New Year.
Do you have a minumum order quantity?

The minimum order value is $10,000 USD. This equates to roughly 100 units.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required for us to begin production. The 50% balance is due prior to shipping.
Who pays for shipping?

Who pays for import duties, taxes and other fees?
You, the purchaser, are responsible for any import duties, taxes or other fees that arise from the import of the products into your country.
Do you offer credit?
No, we do not offer credit.
What currency do you transact in?
We only transact in USD.
What's the difference between the Nappy Bag Backpack & the Travel Backpack?
We get this question a lot! They are the same backpack but the Nappy Bag Backpack comes with a FREE Changing Mat and Pram Hooks while the Travel Backpack doesn't.
