Shipping policy
Tottie has Standard, Express, and Same Day Shipping. We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
Shipping
Australian Orders:
- Same-Day / Next-Day Shipping:
Only available for serviceable locations within Sydney: $20
** Orders must be placed by 11am AEDT/AEST on a business day for same-day shipping
** Orders must be placed before 7pm AEDT/AEST on a business day for next-day shipping
- Express Shipping:
ACT / NSW / QLD / TAS / VIC: $20
NT / SA / WA: $25
- Standard Shipping:
ACT / NSW / QLD / TAS / VIC: FREE for orders above $99, $9.95 for orders below $99
NT: $19.95
SA / WA: $9.95
International Orders:
Shipping Times
- Same-day shipping despatch from 1pm - 6pm.
- Express shipping is 1 to 4 business days
- Standard shipping is 2 to 8 business days
- International shipping is 6-27 business days
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Change in Shipping Address
Please double-check your address upon ordering as our fulfilment team is a separate warehouse and it might be difficult to update the order if it has been processed. Email us at info@tottie.com.au and we will try our best to assist you if your order hasn’t been despatched yet. If your order is already with the courier, it is best to contact them instead for redirection.
Pre-order Items
By placing your pre-order, you understood and agreed to the below:
- The estimated delivery date of every item on pre-order will always be stated on the product information. We will keep you updated on any stock delivery delays. Rest assured, we are chomping at the bit for them to arrive soon.
- Your order will be despatched as soon as the stocks are sorted and regular delivery times will apply.
- Any items ordered alongside a preorder item will not be despatched until all items are on hand. Please place a separate order if you like other items to arrive earlier.
Incorrect Items Received
While we endeavour to be 100% accurate with every order, occasionally this can occur. We're here for you and will get onto sorting this straight away! Please contact us immediately at info@tottie.com.au with your order number and photos and we can arrange for a return label to be emailed to you. The correct item will be arranged as soon as you have confirmed the incorrect item has been posted. If the incorrect item has been removed from the original packaging and used, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it back for replacement.
